Adult Dance Classes
About the Classes
At Metrowest Dance Academy we believe that dance is as good for the mind as it is for the body. Learning new steps boosts memory, sharpens coordination, and keeps the brain active and engaged. It is never too late to start dancing!
Our adult classes provide a welcoming space to move, learn, and develop new or rekindle old dance skills. With classes in ballet and tap, our experienced faculty will help you build strength, confidence, and technique while being part of a supportive community.
Adult classes are taught in 8 or 10 week sessions through the year.
Session 2: January 7 – March 19
Sign up for the whole session or drop in for $20 a class.

A welcoming space to develop new or rekindle old dance skills, in ballet and tap.
“Adult tap class is truly the highlight of my week. I tapped as a child, took a 30+ year hiatus, and now I’m back at the shuffles and buffalos, living my best life. Ms. Séarlait is an awesome instructor, patient, encouraging, and attentive to the pace of the class. She makes sure everyone feels comfortable, even if we’re a little slower to catch on. The company is fantastic, the tapping keeps improving, and those 45 minutes feel like the perfect “me time.” I highly recommend checking out a class if you’re curious, you won’t regret it.”
