Spacious dance studios
Metrowest Dance Academy comprises 3 spacious studios, a welcoming reception area and changing room with private cubicles. The entire space is lined with windows giving plenty of natural light.
The studios are fitted with floating floors and Rosco Adagio Marley. Each studio has barres and studio 1 and 3 have mirrors lining one wall.
After a thorough search of the area we were excited to find Suite D at 92 Blandin Avenue. It had been used for years as a martial arts studio and we could immediately see the potential for a superb dance location. The high ceilings and natural light sold the space and we decided to open with 2 studios in 2016. Metrowest Dance Academy expanded to add a third studio in 2021 and we now fill 6000 sq ft on the second floor at 92 Blandin Avenue.
The location is close to downtown Framingham and the MBTA Commuter Rail on the Boston-Worcester line.

There are 3 studios available for rental at Metrowest Dance Academy. The studios can be used for photo shoots, rehearsals, master classes, workshops, auditions or private dance lessons. They could also be used for group activity classes for adults or children.
All studios have fully sprung floors, covered in Harlequin and Rosco Marley. Barres are fixed to the wall. Mirrors in Studio 1 and 3 only. Sound systems compatible with Bluetooth and/or cable. No street shoes allowed.
Studio 1 and 3 are 1200 sq ft.
Studio 2 is 1560 sq ft.
Price per studio is $50 per hour.
